Omar Ruego is a Rehab Aide at Alaris Health at Essex. He comes to work with a smile on his face every day. He is friendly, reliable and hardworking. He goes out of his way to assist not only the rehab department, but anyone who could use a hand. He is always working hard. The residents and their families adore him.
