Lisa Mateo, a QA-CNA at Alaris Health at Jersey City is our Shining Star/Employee of the Month for June. Lisa is recognized for her exceptional clinical services delivered to each resident, her diligence as the facility’s Staffing Coordinator, and for her unwavering positive attitude. “Lisa is one of the best teammates we have. She believes in jumping right on in and getting the work done for all departments. She’s helpful and very encouraging. I’ve learned so much about my role with this company from working with Lisa,” says one of our Unit Managers.
