Guslaine started out as a CNA and worked her way up to an LPN, graduating from The Universal Training Institute, Perth Amboy, NJ. She has worked for Alaris Health at Boulevard East since 2010. She was nominated for Employee of the Month for her compassionate, calm, and patient work on a challenging unit.
