Barbara Carter

I would like to nominate Barbara Carter for the employee of the month. Barbara works in the rehab department at St Mary's and she is a valued asset to me, to the patients, and to the staff. She always has a smile on her face and always makes herself available to help others, even if it is "not her job." Barbara feels that it is everyone's job to help each other, like a family, and that the patients will be happy if we all work together and do our jobs. Barbara is very sensitive to the needs of the patients and their families and sets a great example in terms of her compassion for others. Barbara readily volunteers her assistance and communicates with everyone in a timely manner. Barbara is reliable and trust worthy; she makes everyone's day brighter because of her positive attitude and support.
