When Mr. S was admitted to Alaris Health at the Chateau he required maximum assistance for bed mobility, transfers and was non ambulatory due to marked weakness and decreased endurance. Upon discharge, patient is Independent in bed mobility, transfers, ambulation without AD and able to negotiate >15 steps stairs independently. “Everyone I encountered at the Chateau had a smile on their face and said Hi to me as I passed through the hallways. I felt like I was in good hands.”
