PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

To support Alaris Health Mission/Vision/Values and support a positive culture of safety for our patients. Ensure provision of dialysis services and treatments within assigned facility by coordinating, scheduling, and directing quality care staff and by performing dialysis treatments as needed.  Adhere to all requirements of Alaris Health. As the Clinical team leader, collaborate with the Facility Administrator and Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care in the most efficient manner in accordance with company policies, as well as state and federal agencies.

EDUCATION

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.)
• Current appropriate state licensure

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a minimum of 18 months of inpatient/in-center dialysis experience providing dialysis treatments (Dialysis experience should not exceed greater than two-years from time of application)
• 6-months of dialysis experience in an acute setting preferred
• Minimum of 1 year medical-surgical or ICU-CCU nursing experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making
• Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of dialysis personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
• Capability to manage Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Must have comfort using Electronic medical records
