Care Connection Rahway Receives a Deficiency Free Survey for 2019

CC1Rahway, NJ, August 26, 2019 – Every year the New Jersey Department of Health conducts an unannounced survey on all licensed nursing home beds in the state. On August 2, 2019, Care Connection Rahway began this very comprehensive survey. The surveyors tour the location, speak with residents about their experience, interview staff, review medical records and observe medication administration and treatments, and much more.

Care Connection Rahway received a perfect score with zero deficiencies identified. It is very unusual for a nursing facility to receive a deficiency-free survey, meaning every service provided at the center meet or exceeded ALL state and federal standards.

“I can’t express how proud I am of our staff for the level of dedication and hard work that they put into providing the best care for our residents. We have a great team at Care Connection Rahway and it was definitely proven in our survey this year.” – Arielle Milsted, LNHA
