Rochelle Park, NJ, March 16, 2018Alaris Health is honored to announce that Sue Roman, Administrator at Alaris Health at The Chateau, received an award last month from the Rochelle Park Police Department for her commitment to supporting law enforcement in the community.

Sue was selected for the award because of her and Alaris Health at The Chateau’s ongoing dedication to and partnership with the Rochelle Park Police Department. Rochelle Park Police Chief Robert Flannely said, “Through blizzards, storms or state emergencies, Sue and the team have always opened their doors to us during challenging times. They provide food and medical care to my officers when other facilities are closed.”

While Sue is grateful for having received the award, she said, “Having strong relationships with the pillars in our community is incredibly important. With the Rochelle Park Police Department, it’s a mutual respect that we have for each other, recognizing and honoring the demands of our professions. They protect and serve the community and we strive to do the same with our residents.”

Police Chief Flannely knows first-hand the level of care and dedication the Alaris Health at The Chateau team provides every day, because his mother was a resident there. “She was treated with outstanding care,” he said. “The staff was professional and nurturing. Sue specifically kept me informed in every step of my mother’s care, including involving me in meetings with doctors and staff. Her attention to detail and deep regards for the residents is truly one of her many assets.”
